MIDE建筑事务所在Padua郊区地带设计了一栋住宅，名为200_室内观景房（200_ House with Interior View），项目场地位于城市与乡村中间的过渡地带。住宅内部设计有小规模的花园，为其增添自然气息。该住宅居住有一家人，因此设计为一层，建筑整体呈水平方向延伸，较为低矮，与周围环境相互融合。这种设计手法既可以显现出场地的平坦，又可以使建筑与自然环境相呼应。
建筑由2个不同高度的体块构成，每个体块单独成一区域，相互之间有所联系。较高的建筑体块内部主要是公共活动空间，如门厅、客厅和户外露台，露台周边设计有维护结构，较低建筑体块内部主要是私密空间，如卧室等。根据不同功能所需空间高度的不同，设计师巧妙地将各功能空间安置在不同高度的体块中，并通过设计统一材质和相似的几何体块使其成为一个整体。
Located on the transitional edge between a small urban center and the open countryside outside Padua, 200_ House with Interior View by MIDE architetti is infused with pocket gardens. Designed as a single-story residence for a family, the home settles into its setting with a low, horizontal profile that emphasizes the flat terrain and natural surroundings.
The structure is composed of two concrete volumes of differing heights, oriented to form a series of connected yet distinct living zones. A taller block contains the entrance, an open-plan living room, and a sheltered outdoor patio, while the lower wing accommodates the bedrooms and private areas. The pision in height subtly guides the internal organization of the house, while maintaining a unified language of materiality and geometry.

The house’s spatial layout follows a sequence of three parallel bands, which MIDE architetti intersperses with interior courtyards and planted voids. These interruptions bring natural light into the home and introduce framed views of the surrounding greenery. The approach to the house is marked by a defined entry portal that opens onto a deep courtyard, establishing a threshold between the public and private realms.
This transitional space, partially enclosed and visually shielded, acts as a place for pause before entering the home. The design team carefully regulates visual permeability through targeted apertures, allowing the landscape to be present without overwhelming the sense of privacy.

MIDE建筑事务所的设计团队在材质选择上较为纯粹。室内外统一选用浅灰色树脂地板，墙面选用冷色调的光滑混凝土材质，天花板选用暖色调的木质材料，使室内整体冷暖色调平衡，还可在客厅等公共空间中营造温馨的氛围。设计师在内部的一面墙上选用木质板，紧邻的天花板能够突显空间特征，引导更多的自然光线进入室内，营造柔和静谧的室内氛围。设计师在室内家具与灯具也经过精心挑选，如Davide Groppi设计的月亮灯和Sottsass设计的Tahiti台灯等。这些简约的小饰品点缀在相同风格的空间中更能够吸引人的眼球，从而增添室内空间的丰富感。
场地中心位置设计有庭院，庭院上方是混凝土雨棚，雨棚中心挖有大孔洞，阳光可穿过孔洞照射在庭院内部的植被上。这一庭院的巧妙设计成为了项目的枢纽空间，即为连接室内外空间的关键区域，还为住户提供室外观景的休闲场地，一天中不同光线的变化庭院景色也有所不同。
MIDE architetti’s austere material palette continues along the interior, with light grey resin flooring creating an uninterrupted surface throughout the house. Smooth concrete walls and timber ceiling panels articulate a balance between coolness and warmth, with the latter concentrated in communal areas such as the living room. A wood-paneled feature wall and high ceilings soften the space and amplify natural light, establishing a tranquil, open atmosphere. The team’s attention to interior detail extends to furnishings and lighting. Pieces such as Davide Groppi’s ‘Moon’ lamp and the Sottsass-designed Tahiti table lamp punctuate the minimalist setting, adding measured notes of color and form that enrich the visual rhythm of each room.
At the heart of the house lies an internal patio, where a perforated concrete canopy allows filtered sunlight to reach crepe myrtle trees and low grasses planted within. This moment of vertical openness acts as a compositional hinge for the project, tying together interior and exterior experiences while offering views of the sky and a shifting pattern of shadows throughout the day.
